Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The service is operated by MB VARIANTAI (brand "PELNINGA"), company code 306133252, VAT LT100016340412, Lithuania. Contact: hello@pelninga.lt.

2. The service

PELNINGA assembles and sells GPU machines and manages their operation on the AI generation rental market on your behalf. You own the hardware; we handle setup, listing, monitoring and maintenance for a management fee.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may connect a read-only marketplace API key so we can display your earnings; we never use it to move funds.

4. Fees and payments

Hardware packages are charged at the all-in price quoted at order time. That price is the final amount payable: it is shown in EUR and includes VAT, and no tax, assembly or setup charge is added at checkout. Our management fee is a percentage of net rental income and is invoiced separately (via Paysera). We issue a VAT invoice for every order.

5. Earnings are not guaranteed

All earnings figures on this site are estimates based on live market rates and adjustable assumptions. Actual income depends on demand, utilization, electricity and market prices, and may be lower. Nothing here is financial advice or a guarantee of returns.

6. Hardware and ownership

You own the hardware in your package outright. Where machines are hosted with us, hosting terms apply separately.

6a. Delivery

We assemble, stress-test and dispatch your machine within 10 working days of cleared payment. If a component is delayed we tell you before the deadline and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. Delivery is within Lithuania and the EU; we confirm the delivery address by email after the order. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6b. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Our packages are standard catalogue configurations, so as a consumer you have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the machine, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at hello@pelninga.lt within that period and return the hardware complete and undamaged; we refund the purchase price, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving it back. You cover the cost of returning the goods, and you are liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the machine.

This right does not apply to bespoke builds made to your own specification, which we quote separately and mark as such before you order.

6c. Warranty and downtime

Every part we supply carries a 2-year warranty, and we handle the entire RMA process for you — you do not deal with component manufacturers. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under Lithuanian and EU consumer law.

If a machine fails, contact us and we diagnose remotely first. Where hardware must be replaced we aim to have the machine earning again within 10 working days of receiving it. We pay shipping both ways for warranty repairs.

If a fault takes a machine offline for more than 7 consecutive days, we do not charge the management fee for that month. We cannot compensate lost rental income — it depends on a market we do not control — but we do not profit while your machine is down.

6d. Idle-time mining

When your machine is not rented it may mine cryptocurrency instead of sitting idle. This is optional: you can ask us to switch it off at any time. Mined coins are paid by the mining pool directly to a wallet address that you provide and control. We never hold, exchange or have access to your coins, and we do not provide a wallet.

Our management fee for mining is the same percentage as for rental, calculated on mining income after electricity, valued at the market rate on the day the coins are paid out, and invoiced in EUR. Mining income is not guaranteed and can fall to zero: it depends on the price of the coin and on the number of other miners. Any mining figure on this site is an estimate at the stated date. You are responsible for declaring and paying tax on the coins you receive.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to disrupt it, or to attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost rental income. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Lithuanian or EU law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service for breach or where required by law. You retain ownership of your hardware.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
