Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PELNINGA website and services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The service is operated by MB VARIANTAI (brand "PELNINGA"), company code 306133252, VAT LT100016340412, Lithuania. Contact: hello@pelninga.lt.
2. The service
PELNINGA assembles and sells GPU machines and manages their operation on the AI generation rental market on your behalf. You own the hardware; we handle setup, listing, monitoring and maintenance for a management fee.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may connect a read-only marketplace API key so we can display your earnings; we never use it to move funds.
4. Fees and payments
Hardware packages are charged at the all-in price quoted at order time. Our management fee is a percentage of net rental income and is invoiced separately (via Paysera). Prices are in EUR and exclude taxes unless stated.
5. Earnings are not guaranteed
All earnings figures on this site are estimates based on live market rates and adjustable assumptions. Actual income depends on demand, utilization, electricity and market prices, and may be lower. Nothing here is financial advice or a guarantee of returns.
6. Hardware and ownership
You own the hardware in your package outright. Warranty and maintenance are provided under your package terms. Where machines are hosted with us, hosting terms apply separately.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to disrupt it, or to attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost rental income. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Lithuanian or EU law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service for breach or where required by law. You retain ownership of your hardware.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
